This usually happens when BoltAI is unable to verify your Setapp account. Please make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and can access both BoltAI server and Setapp server.
Try to restart Setapp, BoltAI and your wifi and try again.
If it doesn't work, make sure your firewall allow connections to boltai.com and setapp.com

To use Setapp's AI service, BoltAI requires authentication with our servers at boltai.com. This is a to verify subscription status. During authentication:
The App connects to boltai.com authentication servers
We verify your Setapp subscription status
No personal data beyond subscription verification is collected or stored
Authentication happens automatically and securely in the background
If you do not use AI services provided by Setapp, you can skip the authentication process. Go to Settings > Services, set a different AI service as default. Optionally you can delete the Setapp AI Service.
